How do you bill — do I need to enter a credit card?
No. Activlink invoices manually. After you select a plan, our finance team emails you a tax invoice. You pay by EFT or BPAY within 14 days. We don't store payment methods on the website.
Are there setup fees?
No setup fees on Starter or Professional — both plans include self-onboarding. Enterprise includes white-glove setup and training as part of the plan.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, anytime. Switches are pro-rated against your next invoice. No cancellation penalties.
What happens if I exceed my staff or client limits?
We'll flag it ahead of time and suggest moving to the next tier. No automatic overage charges — pricing changes are always communicated in writing first.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No lock-in contracts. Export your data in CSV at any time. We archive your tenant for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently delete on request.
Do you offer NFP / community-org discounts?
Yes — get in touch via the contact form. Registered not-for-profit and community organisations receive a 15% discount on Professional plans.
